    SKDC Global Links Limited is led by Stella Ajige as Managing Director and guided by a Board of Directors, exceptional people with business, academia and creative industry who act as custodians of our mission and values of promoting entrepreneurial excellence.

    About The Organizer

    NES is organized by SKDC Global Links Limited, a CAC registered organization driving the revolution to shape how small businesses can thrive in an environment where opportunities abound for small businesses to succeed in a tough and highly competitive market place.

    General Event Details

    • Venue: Ta’al Conference Hotel, Lafia, Nasarawa State.
    • Dates: 22nd -23rd July, 2018

     Event Highlights:

    • Each day includes chats and break away sessions with some of the brightest minds in Small Business Start Ups, from the public and private sectors.
    • Keynote addresses by Nasarawa State Government Officials.
    • Opportunities for networking with over 250 attendees.
    Our Mission

    We seek to identify barriers and challenges small entrepreneurs’ face, and build their capacity in the areas of – learning effective leadership, communication, accounting and managerial skills for growing a business; demonstrate the power of networking, and how to best launch a new product; and influencing government policies and programs towards a entrenching a better business environment in Nasarawa State.

    Summit Event Goals:

    • Mindset Change from Making a Job vs. Getting a Job.
    • Need for a culture of entrepreneurship as against the culture of over reliance on government jobs.
    • How to Market Yourself (professional development, mentorship, connect)
    • Lack of Financial Literacy
    • Lack of connectivity between the youth/entrepreneurs and the larger system of role models, mentorship and inspiration.
    • Funding New Ideas and Making a Jump to Market.
